Forms Committee
The Forms Committee is part of the Title Insurer Section, but includes a representative appointed by the Agents’ Section chair. The Committee monitors the work of the ALTA forms committee and works in conjunction with our state regulators on the adoption and modification of title insurance forms. It also periodically coordinates the updating of the Florida Mutual Indemnification Agreement (the “Treaty”).
It's recent projects have included the adoption of the Third Revised Mutual Indemnification Agreement and the approval of the ALTA 14 Endorsements in Florida.
