Do I really need to allocate the time devoted to each of those categories shown in Schedule B?  I'll spend more time figuring out how to report the time spent on "Fissionable Materials" than we actually spent doing the evaluation!

If we have each employee estimate their allocations in the five categories through the year, how should that be reported since each will have a separate salary level?

Should we report the fully loaded cost of an employee, including benefits, employer share of taxes and the like?  Or just the direct salary cost?

In Schedule B, there is only one column for information.  Do they want us to report percentages of time, hours or the actual allocated costs?  If we report hours, where do we report the hourly rate, knowing that it will be different for each employee?

How should I show the hourly rate for a full time staffer?  Divide salary by 2000 hours?

How should I allocate the labor time of those in the plant whose job functions are not directly related to a search of a specific property?  (for example, the posting clerk or the copier)

How should I allocate the undifferentiated staff, like the receptionist and the janitor?

How should time be allocated for people whose job it managing or supporting the individuals who are actually providing the service?

My agency is licensed in Florida, but based in another state.  We have licenses and do business in multiple states.  How should we track and allocate staff time on schedule B?
