NEW THIS YEAR - The Hotel Reservation Link is available to attendees within their convention registration confirmation email.

In the unlikely event you have problems making a reservation, please send an e-mail to Jena Daly with your contact number and request so we may assist.

Thank you for making your reservations promptly.  By doing so, we look forward to all attendees staying at Hilton St. Petersburg and will avoid sending anyone to an overflow hotel.  

IMPORTANT: If you must cancel your reservation at the Hilton please do NOT do it through the hotel.  Email Jena@flta.org your name, dates of stay and confirmation number and we will put your room BACK in our ‘bucket’ for someone else who needs it.  If you cancel your reservation through the hotel, we lose access to it.
