I emailed a Caveat to the designated email addresses, today, regarding an instance of title agent identity theft.  Fraudsters used the identity of a Tampa title agency to defraud individuals attempting to sell their own timeshare units into transferring money through Western Union for "title searches" needed to complete the closing.
