What’s Included:

The exhibitor showcase registration includes full convention registration for the primary contact, standard electric service and WiFi (each previously charged separately).   For your booth, we will provide a 6-ft draped table and 2 chairs. If you have your own booth and prefer to use it, please notify linda@flta.org

If you are bringing additional co-workers, they need to register for the convention, and must purchase an "additional attendee" ticket. The extra co-workers do NOT need to be separately registered for the convention.  The additional tickets can be purchased on line when you place your reservation for the booth.

Registration Details:

  • Exhibitor opportunities are available only to our members.  You support FLTA all year and it is greatly appreciated!  For that reason, we don’t permit non-members to market to our members at FLTA events. 

  • Our new website is a bit picky.   It will not accept your online registration unless both the person logging in and the primary contact for the Convention are already shown as an affiliate member in our database.  Please make certain that you are registered as an employee of your company by checking the directory.  If you are not registered as an employee of the company, register here and then log-in under that email. 

  • If a staff person is registering for the primary person attending the convention, they will need to enter the primary person’s email in the First Registration screen.

  • As in years past, there are opportunities to increase your profile by sponsoring specific events or having an advertisement in the printed convention program.  For more information please contact Linda Martin at linda@flta.org for any assistance in registering or to discuss sponsoring an event or placing an ad in the program.

Terms and Conditions of on-line Registration are:

1. If payment is made via PayPal, NO REFUNDS will be issued by return credit. You MUST request a refund from the FLTA office, and if approved, a CHECK will be issued to the party whose card was used for the payment.

2. REFUND POLICY A written request for refund received prior to Tuesday, October 15, 2014 will be honored, less a $35 administrative fee.   No refunds will be issued AFTER 10/15/14.
