For Associate memberships the annual fee is $325 per calendar year.  Each Associate member can add up to nine additional employees under their corporate membership at no additional charge.

NOTES ABOUT DUES: FLTA dues are not deductible as a charitable contribution for federal tax purposes, but may be deductible as a business expense. A change in the tax code eliminates the portion of your dues attributable to lobbying expenses. It has been determined that 12% of your dues are used for these purposes and therefore 88% of your dues are deductible as a business expense.  For Agent/Law Firm Members, because 25% of your dues are designated for TIFPAC, 9% of your dues are deductible as a business expense.  For Associate Members and Underwriters, since 10% of your dues are designated for TIFPAC, 10.8% of your dues are deductible as a business expense.
