• F. Hospitality Suite Sponsor - Limit 1 – $5,000.00
  • This sponsorship includes your company’s name and logo displayed on the Hospitality Suite signage
  • Sponsor is host of Suite • Receive half-page ad in the program.
  *Sponsor will provide food, beverages and all supplies for the Hospitality Suite.
• G. Audio Visual Sponsor - Limit 1 – $5,000.00

  • Make the convention attendees’ experience smooth, easy and fun by sponsoring the convention app. • Your company name and logo will be featured on the app. • This sponsorship includes a quarter page ad in the program.
• I. Welcome Reception Sponsor - Limit 1 – $4,500.00
  • Receive recognition during welcome reception in the vendor hall • Company name listed on convention registration website • Company name recognition on onsite event signage • Logo recognition in social area during reception • 1/2 page ad in program
• J. Session Sponsor - Limit 4 – $4,000.00

• K. Keycard Sponsor - Limit 1 – $3,000.00
  • Make attendee’s hotel room keys works of art with your company’s logo, advertising, graphics, photos and much more. • This sponsorship also gives you recognition in the convention program and signage. • FLTA’s logo must also appear on the room key and must be at least 1/3 the size of the sponsor logo. • Receive ¼ page ad in convention program

  • Sponsoring company to provide product to be delivered to guest rooms;
  • Product will be delivered to guest room on specified evening during the convention;
  • Logo recognition included with sponsor logos on emails and web pages; and
  • Receive ¼ page ad in convention program.
• L. Champagne Sponsor - Limit 1 – $2,500.00
  • Help us kickoff the convention with a proper toast • Receive recognition during opening ceremony during toast with the 2023 President-Elect • Company name recognition on onsite event signage • Logo recognition in champagne area • Receive ¼ page ad in convention program
• N. Notepad Sponsor - Limit 1 – $2,500.00
  • Your company’s name or logo will be strategically placed on notepads which will be placed in all attendee tote bags. • This sponsorship includes a quarter page ad in the program.
• O. Commercial Video – $2,000.00
  Have a company commercial? Promote your company to attendees prior to a key session. Video to be produced and provided by the sponsor.
