MY QUESTION IS:::

if an ABA has multiple partners, am I reading that as names of any and all owners of the ABA title company?

for example, several agencies have ABA with numerous realtors, builders, lenders, etc. on an INDIVIDUAL basis...is my interpretation of this

a) names of all members (ex. john smith, sally doe, etc); OR

b) names of the affiliated business (ex. Remax, ABC builders, XYZ lenders, etc)
