    Dear Florida Underwriters:

    I emailed a Caveat to the designated email addresses, today, regarding several suspected forged deeds in Broward County.  Please email me at ghall@stewart.com if you did not receive the email, have any questions or need additional information. 

    Please keep in mind that we are not identifying suspicious persons in this online forum in order to preserve the underwriters' statutory immunity from liability for sharing information.

    Greetings,

    I sent out a revised email, today, to the SAP designated email addresses after being alerted to additional suspicious deeds recorded contemporaneously with the deeds I reported upon, yesterday. If you did not receive today's email and you are a designated employee under the qualified immunity statute, please email me at ghall#stewart.com and I will email the new information to you.
